Dr. Leeza Osipenko is the founder and CEO of Consilium Scientific, a non-profit advancing integrity in healthcare and clinical research. She holds a PhD in systems engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ and has previously held academic and consulting roles at the University of Warwick Medical School, the London School of Economics, and in projects for other UK public-sector agencies. She was the former director of NICE Scientific Advice.
