Matthew Sware is a Vice President of Development at the Institute for New Economic Thinking.
Previously, Sware was the Development Director at the Clinic for Special Children, a pediatric primary care and genomic research institution in Strasburg, Pennsylvania.
Sware began his fundraising career as a gift officer at Carnegie Mellon University. Previously, he worked as an IT Analyst for Johnson & Johnson, where he graduated from the Information Technology Leadership Development Program.
Sware graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a joint degree in cognitive psychology and music performance and continues to perform as a baritone soloist and chorister. Sware is currently attending the Yale School of Management to pursue an MBA.
