Edward Hadad is a Vice President of Development at the Institute for New Economic Thinking.
Prior to joining the Institute, Hadad was the Director of Institutional Advancement for North America for the American University in Cairo (AUC). The school, established in 1919, is the premier English-language university in the Middle East. In his role, Hadad raised funds for multiple university initiatives from individual, corporate and foundation donors.
Previously, Hadad was a Director for CCS, a fundraising consulting firm that serves hundreds of top nonprofit organizations. There, he worked with a series of domestic and international clients to redesign their fundraising programs to increase philanthropic participation and support.
Before his transition to the nonprofit sector, Hadad held positions for a number of firms in the New York financial services industry, including Credit Suisse, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Natixis Capital Markets.
Hadad earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Lehigh University.
