YSI fosters conversation among those who wish to engage with new economic thinking and connects young scholars to the Institute’s vast network of economists.

Anand Shrivastava

I am a PhD student at the University of Cambridge. I have completed an MPhil and a Graduate Diploma in Economics from the University of Cambridge and a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

Currently, I am a PODER fellow at CRED, University of Namur, Belgium.

I am interested in the political economics and development economics, with particular interest in India.
