The Inequality Working Group is calling for abstracts
Interest in inequality has peaked over the past years and it has spurred a complex web of highly relevant research. During this interactive workshop we will attempt to visualise and disentangle this web. Participants will participate collectively in a project that maps the main theories, findings, questions and resources in inequality research. Our joint work will eventually be published online and serve as a guide for those who are interested in studying and researching inequality here. This workshop builds on the output created by participants of the Interactive Inequality Workshop a the International Inequalities Institute at the LSE.
Please send in an abstract to participate in the workshop. Your abstract can be related to any dimension of socio-economic inequality. Successful abstracts are expected to highlight their research question, background context, methodology, data and (expected) results. The broader objective of the workshop is to create lasting professional connections between participants.
A limited amount of accommodation and travel stipends will be distributed on competitive basis. We welcome graduate students, early career researchers as well as practitioners to sign up for the workshop.
We hope to facilitate inequality research for the next generation of young scholars together!
