Inequality: A Neuroscience Perspective

It is impossible to ignore material inequality. Wealth, and the goods that come with it, are accumulating at the top of society while others seem to be struggling in the middle and bottom.

It is a topic that currently consumes social scientists around the world and everyone wants to know more about how and why the 20th and 21st Century let this happen. This vastly complex and dynamic situation has multiple social, economical and political reasons that others will discuss in detail. Here we will focus on the biological issues, if any, both as they are understood now and are likely to appear with force in the future.
