Peng-Chu Chen is currently a PhD student in the School of Industrial Engineering at Purdue University. He received a M.S. in civil and environmental engineering from University of California, Berkeley in 2003 and a B.S. in civil engineering from National Taiwan University in 2001. His majors are financial engineering and operations research. His research has mainly concentrated on the topics of systemic risk in financial networks and stochastic dynamic programming. Before joining Purdue University, he was a senior industrial engineer with the FedEx Corporation.
