Economic history, the history of economic ideas, and Russian history

Chris Miller received his PhD from Yale University in 2015. He has taught economic history at the New Economic School, the top economics faculty in Moscow, and worked as a research consultant at the Brookings Institution. Previously, he has conducted extensive research in Moscow archives. Miller’s first book, on the exchange of economic ideas between the Soviet Union and Deng Xiaoping’s China during the 1980s, is currently under review for publication.
